We use the following vendors for E-Recording Recording Deeds – Deeds can be submitted for recording electronically, by mail (address above), or submitting them into the Collector of Revenue’s outside drop box located on the East Side of the Court House. Or you can email me at to request an emailed copy of any document back to 1835 for a fee. On documents newer than 1980, you can view and print documents by purchasing a timed subscription. You can search records by visiting and following the directions from there. Searching Records Indexes – The Land Record Indexes are online for searching back to 1835. A Certified Copy of a Marriage License is $9.00.
